DocSafe^TM is a built-in document repository which greatly enhances compliance and audit. Placed throughout Corniche are sets of buttons which allow documents to be either scanned or uploaded into the Corniche DocSafe^TM vault, viewed, duplicated and marked up. Even if the original documents are lost by deletion, they remain within the DocSafe^TM vault for inspection.

Documents associated with Task Manager may be marked-up so that information within a document is highlighted for the purposes of clarity within the context of a task. Of course, a duplicate is made and marked up so that originals are not disturbed. DocSafe^TM enhances compliance since tools bring all of the documents associated with a client and associated persons together into one place where they can be scrutinized.

Clients can be authorised to upload documents into DocSafe^TM and given permission to view only those documents which the back-office wishes them to view. DocSafe^TM can store the faxes, invoices, purchase orders and other documents associated with postings, greatly simplifying audit and thereby reducing audit cost. All that is required is a very low cost scanner at point of entry. DocSafe^TM - another great innovation from Corniche.
